Wednesday, December 10th - swing night (Peabody Night, part 2) at Francis Kite club
It’s Swing Night with Buck And A Quarter! Once a month, we play two sets for dancing at the Francis Kite Club, the East Village’s exciting art and community space, 40 Loisaida Avenue (Ave. C), Manhattan. Doors open at 7 for a Peabody lesson with Rafal Pustelny at 7:30, followed by dancing 8:30-10:30 on the big wood floor, and special guest DJ Andrius will spin platters between sets and afterwards until midnight! $10 cover at the door, cash or Venmo - and dancers: give the password “swordfish” for a discounted admission - $15 for two!
Sunday, December 28th - at Pangea NYC
We’ll play two sets for dancers at Pangea NYC, the East Village’s venerable cabaret and supper club at 178 Second Avenue. We’re on from 8:30-11:00 in the main room, and while it’s a no cover show, please feel free to drop a sawbuck in the tip bucket. Drop in, enjoy Natasha’s special cocktails and Pangea’s continental cuisine, and bring your dancing shoes!
